WBU uses a student success/early alert program called Pioneer Pulse to assist in identifying and addressing academic, mental health, injury/sickness, financial and personal issues that arise with students.  A professor/staff member/coach can send an alert and it gets routed to the appropriate person or department to provide assistance in helping the student address the problem.

Student Success uses various modes of communication – email, text messages, face-to-face, Social Media – to make sure students are aware of important dates and information, such as deadlines for dropping/adding classes, pre-registration, events and opportunities.

Doing college can be challenging!  We are here to assist you in any way possible.
